Robert Belfour performs an instrumental at the 2011 North Mississippi Hill Country Picnic, an annual music festival. Mr. Belfour was born in Holly Springs, MS and has lived much of his life in Memphis, TN. He is the recipient of a Tennessee Folklife Heritage Award. This video also includes shots of dancers and hula hoopers enjoying his music.
